3. Media and analysis content

Content you upload to Presentr Analyze — including recordings, audio files, and video — is processed to deliver the Services you requested (transcription, analysis, scoring, and related outputs). This content is stored securely and is not used to train AI models or shared with third parties except as required to operate the Services (e.g., cloud storage providers, transcription services).

You retain ownership of all content you upload. You may delete your content and data at any time by contacting us or through account settings where available.

4. Data sharing and third parties

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — vendors we use to operate the Services, such as cloud hosting, infrastructure, and analytics providers. These parties are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Your organization — if you access the Services through an organization account, your organization administrators may have access to your account activity and content per their plan.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to standard confidentiality obligations.

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services.
